Victoria Secret model Candice Swanepoel takes a tumble on runway

Falling on the runway is a supermodel's biggest fear, but for Victoria Secret model Candice Swanepoel it is now a reality with a few painful reminders according to a Saturday, September 12 report from Us.
Left embarrassed, bloody and bruised Candace still manage to flash a huge grin for concerned onlookers at the Givenchy show at the NYFW on Friday night. Swanepoel's tumble took place in front of dozens of fashion insiders and fans. Quickly to recover, Candice conducted herself in a professional manner after one of her shoes came apart sending Candice to the floor, hard.
Swanepoel, 26, was wearing a black, semi-sheer lace dress and stunning red-and-black fringed booties for the fashion house, for whom she is a spokesperson. Swanepoelback was quickly back on her feet and posting to the social media about her embarrassing tumble. Candice posted, "Thank you to whoever picked me off the runway tonight. Left with a few scratches but mainly a bruised ego." Swanepoel, 26, was wearing a black, semi-sheer lace dress and stunning red-and-black fringed booties for the fashion house, for whom she is a spokesperson.
